Requirements:
Children must be 5-years-old before September 1, 2024
Classes:
Half Day - Monday-Friday - 8:30a-11:30a
Full Day - Monday-Friday - 8:30a-3:00p
Class Size:
We offer a small class size with a maximum of 20 students

Goals
Our goal is to provide learning experiences that will allow the child to acquire the necessary skills for advancement to first grade. Through play time, the child will also build interpersonal relationships with the teacher and other students.
We monitor this goal by offering regular progress reporting and annual testing. The School Readiness Test by Scholastic Testing Services, Inc. is a two-day test given near the end of the school year to evaluate eight cognitive skill areas. These results are reported three ways: answers right/total questions, percentile rand (using a national standardization group) and a classification of readiness.
curriculum
Students will enjoy planned activities in seven different categories: language arts, music, art, gross motor skill, readiness, science, and the Bible.
We utilize the A Beka Christian curriculum which features phonics, manuscript print form, and age appropriate math concepts.
Learning is enhanced through daily activities which include science experiments, art projects, and musical activities.
